Before you book
Review the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. Your accepted quote sets out the cleaning scope, total price and appointment time. Calendar times and worker attendance records use Punta Cana time.
Privacy requests and complaints
You may ask the office for access, correction, deletion or a review of how your information is used. We may verify your identity. Customer account deletion is available in Settings. If you believe a service or privacy concern remains unresolved, applicable legal complaint and consumer protection rights remain available.
